DLP@LHS students are still considered Lansdowne High School students and have access to the same resources and opportunities as other Vikings, including school counselors, teachers/coach classes, after school clubs, sports, and graduation ceremonies.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DLP@LHS and LANSDOWNE HIGH SCHOOL
DLP@LHS teachers and support staff will provide the following services to families:
• Instruction in content areas and subjects offered in the virtual setting
• Continuous monitoring of overall student success in the DLP@LHS by the DLP Lead Teacher
• Administrative support for parents and students experiencing any difficulties in the DLP@LHS
• Student information management (household changes, attendance records, etc.)
• Extracurricular activities, including athletics and clubs
• Counseling and social work services
• Coordination of mandatory in-person testing
• High school academic advisement; monitoring progress towards graduation
• High school graduations
• Technical support for student platform and software access (BCPS Tech Support)
